Equipment Chassis
Definition: An object that holds or contains a secondary component or set of components. An equipment chassis may be integrated with a set of items to connect them or hold them as one piece. It may function as a method of protection, storage, or facilitation for a variety of small items or networks of items. The level of complexity for any chassis varies as a function of the specific item or items that it holds.

Electronic Enclosures
Definition: Similar to equipment chassis, this is a product that contains smaller items or a set of items that act as a network. Electronic enclosures are unique because they physically hold the items within themselves rather than integrating with those items. A major function of electronic enclosures is protection of their contained items from exposure to certain elements or conditions.

Precision Weldments

Definition: A precision cover is a component that fits onto a part or machine in order to protect it from exposure to certain elements. Similarly, a precision metal panel functions as external protection for an object or system of objects while also offering access or ease of use.

Panels: Electronic tools or devices that contain circuits or wires.
Brackets
Definition: a component that applies to a larger object or machine to provide certain functionality or structural composition for that object or machine. Precision brackets may provide stability or allow movement for smaller items within the architecture of a machine or object.
